AccessDocs Referral Program Terms

1 Overview

The AccessDocs Referral Program allows individuals to earn rewards by referring new users to the platform. This program is available to Ghana-based users and rewards are paid in GHS via Mobile Money.

2 How It Works

• Each referrer receives a unique referral code on signup
• New users must enter the referral code during signup to be tracked
• Referrals are recorded in the system and reviewed by the AccessDocs team

3 Eligibility for Rewards

• The referred user must sign up using a valid referral code
• The referred user must upgrade to a paid Ghana plan (GHS 50/mo or GHS 100/mo)
• The referred user must be a genuine business or active user — not a duplicate or test account

4 Referral Rewards

Rewards are one-time payments per referred user — not recurring. You are paid once per approved referral.

5 Payment Terms

• Reward payments are processed on a monthly basis
• Payments are made via Mobile Money (MoMo) to your registered number
• Only approved referrals are eligible for payment — pending or rejected referrals are not paid

6 Approval & Verification

• All referrals are subject to manual review by the AccessDocs team
• AccessDocs reserves the right to approve or reject any referral at its sole discretion
• Only genuine, paying users who are verified as active businesses will be approved

7 Prohibited Activity

The following activities will result in automatic rejection and may lead to account suspension:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral credit
• Self-referrals — referring yourself using a secondary account
• Spamming, misleading promotion, or misrepresentation of the platform

8 Program Changes

AccessDocs may update, pause, or end the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
