The short version: We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the payment processors (Stripe, Paystack) that handle your transactions. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We share data only with the following third parties, strictly for the purpose of operating the Service:

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with anyone else.

5. Your client data

When you create invoices, you enter information about your clients (names, email addresses, amounts owed). This data belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to provide the Service. We do not contact your clients independently, use their data for any purpose other than delivering the invoices you send, or share their data with any third party.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (such as payment records).

8. Cookies

We use only one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of any payment credentials. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. Children

AccessDocs is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so in error, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
